1. Shipping Destinations

Diageo Chile currently ships to addresses within Chile. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of the order, and the total weight of the package. The available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations or carrier policies. If your order contains restricted items, you will be notified at checkout, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Diageo Chile does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within Chile.
